Ballyduff is located at the heart of an area where flora & fauna can live and prosper.

In the expansive forests in Camolin Park as well as the woodlands  & wilderness surrounding Sliabh Buí mountain foxes, badgers, pheasants, barn owls as well as numerous other birds and animals can be regularly seen as come out of hiding to forage for food along the roads and forest trails. An occasional deer can also be spotted as they venture down from the mountain.
